Cheese Puffs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • 1# Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2# Butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

Mix well, form balls, and add an olive or a piece of smoky link in the center

Bake 15 – 20 minutes

 

  • Notes:  Extra Sharp Cheddar is an excellent choice.
  • Pat the olives dry so the dough sticks to them and doesn’t get soggy.
