Cheese Puffs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1# Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2# Butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
Mix well, form balls, and add an olive or a piece of smoky link in the center
Bake 15 – 20 minutes
- Notes: Extra Sharp Cheddar is an excellent choice.
- Pat the olives dry so the dough sticks to them and doesn’t get soggy.
